Culture Shock

Yes, I am still alive. But I’m in the Netherlands and my internet access is very limited. Also, there is regular power cuts which makes it very hard to use the computer.

This is a very strange country, I have noticed. People have their headlights on during the day, while driving their cars. The water from the tap does not make you sick. Apparently, holding hands with your boyfriend in public is totally acceptable. People speak a language I completely understand. Rice is not eaten regularly, but only once or twice a week. Cows only seem to be kept within fenced areas.

Well, I need to continue my cultural observations, so that I can fully adapt to this new and foreign culture.
